Dear Parents/ Guardians:

I just wanted to pass on a few events that are happening in April:

APRIL IS S.P.C.A. MONTH IN THE LIBRARY:

Events that have been happening in the library this month with S.P.C.A. include:

• April 10-30 – Please drop off cat and dog items daily in the library.
• April 23-27 – Recycled book fair. Donations of any children’s literature would be greatly appreciated. Items will be sold 25 cents to students during library times.
• April 30-May 4^th Garage sale -  Again, any child like items that you could donate would be gladly accepted. These items will be sold for 25 cents to 1 dollar throughout the week. Please leave items in room 11.

5^th Annual Parent Conference “Your Amazing  Child”–

The Fifth Annual Parent Conference will be held this Saturday (April 21^st/2012), from 9am to 3:45pm, at North Peace Secondary School. Child minding by Baby Bear Day care will be available for children (3-5 years of age) during all sessions. A fun fair will be available for all children (5-11 years of age) during all sessions. If you require this service, please fill in the form with the registration form. Registration forms are available on line at www.prn.bc.ca.   Please register by Friday at the latest!

 

Important Dates and Reminders:

 

• Friday, May 11 – Non-Instructional Day – No school for students.
• Monday, May 21 – Victoria Day – No school for students.
• Thursday, May 31 – Doig Day – Grade 4s to visit Doig Reserve.
• Thursday, June 28 – Last day for Students.
