Canadian Geographic Classroom Energy Diet Challenge at Duncan Cran

Duncan Cran is participating in the Canadian Geographic Classroom Energy Diet Challenge.  The Challenge runs from February 6 – March 30, 2012.  In this contest classrooms are trying to complete 25 Energy Challenges.  The purpose of the Challenge is to think about Energy and how to reduce Energy use.

Duncan Cran Science Fair

Today, February 23, Duncan Cran is a buzz with Science Fair Frenzy… Thanks to Mrs. Todd and our enthusiastic students and teachers, the gym is full of exciting science fair projects… 9 of which will be chosen to go to the District Science Fair.

March of the Penguins…

Today (February 23/2012) we had a very special visitor, Mr. Sloan our Assistant Superintendant who has visited the south pole to take photographs of penguins. Here he is presenting an informative and entertaining slide show on the penguins he has captured on film!

Variance Information

Energy Challenge Presentation

Duncan Cran is participating in an energy challenge with Canadian Geographic. Here students are presenting  tips on how to save energy at school and at home; at our Monday Morning Assembly. The following students presented –
